Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations, including document management, data entry, and filing.
- Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, team calendars, and appointments for management.
- Support the marketing team with logistical coordination for TikTok Shop campaigns and live sessions.
- Maintain and update databases of suppliers, partners, and client contacts.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to track operational KPIs and project progress.
- Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in the onboarding of new interns and staff by preparing documentation and orientation materials.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Malay and Mandarin are a plus).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Interest in e-commerce, social media marketing, and specifically TikTok Shop operations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly.
- Availability for a minimum of 3 months, full-time commitment (Monday-Friday).
