SG Enable Ltd is seeking a motivated Intern to support the EA (Executive Assistant) function within the Training and Partner Management team. In this role, you will assist in the preparation and execution of the FY27 Call for Proposal exercise scheduled for November 2026, helping to identify and engage inclusive training providers and administer grant allocations that drive impactful skills development across Singapore.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will gain handsāon experience in partner relationship management, proposal evaluation, and grant administration while contributing to SG Enableās mission of building an inclusive society. Responsibilities
- Assist the EA team in coordinating logistics for the FY27 Call for Proposal exercise, including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation.
- Support the identification and outreach of inclusive training providers, maintaining accurate records in the partner database.
- Help review and shortlist proposal submissions against established criteria, preparing summary briefs for senior reviewers.
- Contribute to the grant administration process by tracking award disbursements, monitoring compliance, and preparing status reports.
- Prepare presentation materials and meeting minutes for internal and external stakeholder engagements.
- Undertake adāhoc research on training trends, disability inclusion practices, and publicāsector partnership models to inform team decisions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management.
- Detailāoriented with a high degree of accuracy in documentation and recordākeeping.
- Passionate about disability inclusion, training development, or publicāservice initiatives; prior volunteer or project experience is a plus.
