Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Service Administration Division, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in managing and updating essential records, databases, and documentation related to services and partnerships.
  • Support the coordination and logistics for meetings, workshops, and community engagement events.
  • Liaise effectively with disability SSAs, SPED schools, and other partners, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare, format, and review various documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Handle general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, directing them appropriately.
  • Assist in data collection and basic analysis to support service planning and improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required, gaining exposure to diverse aspects of service administration.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
