Our Service Administration (SA) Division plays a pivotal role in empowering persons with disabilities. We work collaboratively with disability Social Service Agencies (SSAs), Special Education (SPED) schools, and various community partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful services. This internship offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, supporting the seamless coordination and administration of vital programs.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Service Administration Division, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in managing and updating essential records, databases, and documentation related to services and partnerships.
- Support the coordination and logistics for meetings, workshops, and community engagement events.
- Liaise effectively with disability SSAs, SPED schools, and other partners, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Prepare, format, and review various documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, directing them appropriately.
- Assist in data collection and basic analysis to support service planning and improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required, gaining exposure to diverse aspects of service administration.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, strong initiative, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
