Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to internal teams and management
- Manage and organize documentation, records, and filing systems
- Coordinate internal tasks, schedules, and communication between departments
- Monitor stock levels of supplies and hardware inventory, and initiate replenishment
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly by resolving administrative issues promptly
- Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / STPM or equivalent; Diploma in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role (1–2 years preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
