Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for international meetings, conferences, and high-level diplomatic visits.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of briefing materials, country profiles, and official correspondence for senior management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate international partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
- Maintain and update databases and records related to international agreements, MOUs, and diplomatic engagements.
- Monitor global trends and geopolitical developments relevant to the organization’s strategic interests and provide summary reports.
- Support the planning and execution of virtual and physical international workshops, including venue booking and attendee coordination.
- Ensure strict compliance with government protocols, administrative procedures, and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in administrative support, preferably within a government agency or international organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional documents.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to engage professionally with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A proactive, resourceful attitude and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
