Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, compiling, and submitting tender documents according to company guidelines and client requirements
- Review and analyze tender specifications, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance and identify potential risks
- Support the contract management process by drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contract documentation
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to inform tender strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions and contract preparation
- Assist in tracking and monitoring the status of ongoing tenders and contracts
- Participate in meetings and discussions related to tender processes and contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions, contracts, and related documentation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Law, Procurement, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems
- Basic understanding of contract principles, procurement processes, and legal terminology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Previous internship or work experience in administration, procurement, or contract management is a plus
