Responsibilities
- Support daily departmental operations based on your specialization, whether in HR, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- Assist in talent acquisition processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and new hire onboarding (HR track).
- Participate in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and vendor performance analysis (Supply Chain track).
- Assist with financial reporting, account reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable processing (Finance track).
- Compile, analyze, and present data to assist management in strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, internal reports, and professional presentations.
- Engage in cross-functional continuous improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and personnel information at all times.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Must be available to commence the internship in June, July, or August 2026 for a minimum duration of 12 weeks (3 months).
- Possesses a strong command of English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is a distinct advantage.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
