Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts inquiries and provide accurate information regarding Mercedes-Benz components.
- Support the Parts Department in processing orders, managing inventory, and preparing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all parts are stored correctly.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, delivering courteous and professional service.
- Collaborate with workshop technicians to identify required parts for service jobs.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Help with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
- Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, Automotive Studies, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of automotive parts and components is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
