Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports
- Support the monthly closing process including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Help maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records
- Participate in accounts payable and receivable tasks under supervision
- Assist in data entry and update financial spreadsheets
- Liaise with internal departments to collect and verify financial information
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting projects
- Support the team in audit preparations and compliance checks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong academic record with foundational knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and other Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Internship duration of 3–6 months (full-time availability preferred)
- Prior internship experience in finance/accounting is a plus
