Internship Trainees – IT/Data Science

Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analysing data to support business insights and decision-making.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Participate in data mining and predictive modelling projects to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, networks, and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and propose data-driven solutions.
- Document processes, technical specifications, and project progress for knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the implementation of machine learning models and automation scripts.
- Contribute to ad-hoc IT and data science tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a team.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage time effectively.
- Prior internship or project experience in data or IT is advantageous but not required.
- Must be eligible to intern in Malaysia and commit for a minimum of 3 months.
