Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support for desktop computers, printers, and peripherals to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Manage and troubleshoot Point of Sale (POS) systems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Monitor and maintain the company’s local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity to guarantee high availability.
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and storage of data to ensure accuracy and integrity for business reporting.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Perform regular software updates, security patches, and hardware maintenance to protect company assets.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of POS systems and inventory management software.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including Windows and macOS environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
