Responsibilities
- Assist the project manager in tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain and organize IT project documentation, including reports, project plans, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams.
- Track project budgets, process invoices, and manage procurement documentation as required.
- Update internal database systems and ensure all project data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and status reports for senior stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot minor administrative bottlenecks to ensure smooth project operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, office support, or project coordination roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in the East region.
