Working alongside network engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, you will coordinate project activities, manage resources, and maintain clear communication channels throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular status updates to senior management and clients. Responsibilities
- Coordinate endâtoâend project activities for IT initiatives, from initiation through execution to closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports, ensuring timely delivery against milestones.
- Facilitate crossâfunctional meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and serve as the primary point of contact for project updates.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify costâsaving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and industry regulations.
- Support the integration of new technologies and process improvements within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT project coordination or a similar project support role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Scrum) and tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
- Strong analytical, problemâsolving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastâpaced, deadlineâdriven environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or budgeting principles is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and undergo continuous learning.
