Job Description

In this role, you will be at the heart of our influencer marketing initiatives, bridging the gap between our clients and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive impactful brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
  • Develop detailed campaign briefs and ensure all deliverables meet client quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, providing actionable insights through regular reporting.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm innovative content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the agency, clients, and external influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging influencer marketing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer marketing metrics.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for the digital advertising industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
