Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of direct marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- Engage directly with potential customers to communicate brand values and product benefits effectively.
- Participate in daily team brainstorming sessions to develop creative strategies for client acquisition.
- Maintain and manage client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Attend all scheduled training workshops and professional development seminars to stay updated on industry trends.
- Support event management activities and represent the company at various promotional venues.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; however, all disciplines are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
- A proactive "can-do" attitude and a high level of resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
