Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies across digital platforms including social media, websites, and email marketing
- Create high-quality written content including blog posts, website copy, product descriptions, and marketing materials
- Produce and edit video content for various digital channels and advertising campaigns
- Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
- Manage social media accounts and community engagement to build brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure visual consistency and quality
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously innovate content approaches
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and metrics
- Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative content concepts
