In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our brand vision and the voices of our Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
You will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing influencer-led campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the nuances of content creation, from scripting compelling narratives to ensuring that every piece of content resonates authentically with the influencer’s unique audience while maintaining our brand integrity.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive content strategies for KOL-led marketing campaigns.
- Draft high-conversion creative briefs and scripts tailored to individual influencer voices.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align influencer content with broader brand goals.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Manage the end-to-end production workflow of influencer content, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with KOLs and talent agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or content management.
- Excellent command of the English language with superior copywriting and scriptwriting skills.
- Deep understanding of local and international social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in evaluating campaign ROI and engagement data.
- Proactive, creative, and highly adaptable to changing marketing trends.
