Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and researching potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers for various campaigns.
- Coordinate communication between the agency, clients, and KOLs, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Manage administrative tasks such as contract preparation, budget tracking, and campaign documentation.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including engagement rates and ROI.
- Support the team in developing creative briefs and content guidelines for KOL collaborations.
- Maintain and update the KOL database, ensuring accurate contact information and campaign history.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new influencer marketing strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of post-campaign analysis reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and digital advertising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in marketing or administration is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali for the internship duration.
