Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential commercial tenants (F&B, Retail, Lifestyle Services, etc.) to ensure high occupancy rates.
  • Conduct professional presentations and site tours to showcase property advantages to prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and negotiation to lease agreement closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential tenants, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and rental rates in the Serpong area.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly leasing activity reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure tenant satisfaction and property branding excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in leasing, real estate sales, or commercial property management.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market in the Banten/Jabodetabek area.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a high-performing team.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
