Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on Indonesian corporate law, regulations, and industry standards
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and modifying contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
- Monitor compliance with local and international legal requirements for telecommunications operations
- Support the legal team in litigation preparation, document discovery, and evidence gathering
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on legal risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Organize and maintain legal databases, files, and case documentation
- Attend client meetings, court hearings, and legal proceedings as required
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (S.H./S.H.) from an accredited university
- Strong academic record with minimum GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
- Proficiency in legal research methodologies and Indonesian legal databases
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic understanding of corporate governance and telecommunications regulations
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in legal environments preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software
