MetroPipe Services is seeking a skilled and licensed Plumber to join our dynamic team in New York City. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and repair pipes, fixtures, and plumbing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Provide clear communication and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in New York State.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Proficient with pipe threading, soldering, brazing, and trenchless technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
