Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging daily live streaming sessions on TikTok to showcase and demonstrate solar lighting products.
- Develop creative scripts and talking points to effectively communicate product benefits and USPs.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and building rapport to increase brand community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze streaming metrics to optimize performance and reach sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align live stream content with ongoing promotions and campaigns.
- Manage the technical setup of live broadcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and video presentation.
- Consistently maintain a positive, energetic, and professional persona during all broadcasts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming, content creation, or sales-driven social media roles.
- Strong proficiency with TikTok Live features and e-commerce tools.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence an audience.
- Willingness to work on a full-time basis, including flexible hours based on streaming schedules.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic marketing team.
- A creative mindset with a basic understanding of digital marketing and consumer behavior.
