Private Advertiser is seeking a dynamic Live Streaming Host & Sales Representative to join our growing team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this role, you will be the face of our brand on TikTok and other social platforms, delivering engaging live streams that showcase our products and services while driving real‑time sales.
You will combine charismatic on‑camera presence with strong sales acumen to educate viewers, answer questions, and convert interest into purchases. This position offers a competitive salary range of RM 3,500–RM 5,000 per month, full‑time hours, and the opportunity to shape our digital marketing strategy in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Present and demonstrate products/services clearly and persuasively to online audiences.
- Engage viewers in real time, responding to comments and questions to build rapport and trust.
- Drive sales during streams by promoting offers, guiding viewers to purchase links, and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars, scripting, and promotional themes.
- Monitor stream analytics, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a professional on‑camera appearance and adhere to brand guidelines throughout broadcasts.
- Assist in post‑stream activities such as content repurposing, feedback collection, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live stream host, presenter, or sales representative (preferably on TikTok or similar platforms).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a charismatic on‑camera presence.
- Strong sales mindset; ability to convert viewer interest into purchases.
- Familiarity with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for live content.
- Comfortable working with basic streaming equipment and software (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, mobile streaming apps).
- Analytical aptitude to interpret stream metrics and recommend optimizations.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening or weekend streams as needed.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; additional certifications in marketing, communications, or sales are a plus.
