In this role, you will be the face of our live broadcasts, creating authentic, engaging experiences that showcase our product portfolio, educate viewers on health benefits, and inspire a community of wellness enthusiasts. You will work handâinâhand with our marketing, creative, and product teams to design liveâstream concepts that align with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and emerging trends. Your dayâtoâday will involve scripting, rehearsing, and going live, as well as analysing performance metrics to refine content strategy and maximise reach. Beyond the live show, you will repurpose highlights into biteâsize clips for other social channels, ensuring a steady stream of fresh content that keeps our audience coming back. Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and host engaging live streams on TikTok that highlight Blackmores products and brand values.
- Develop creative concepts and scripts for live sessions and short-form videos tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics, analyze viewer engagement, and optimize content for maximum reach and conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align content campaigns with product launches and promotional calendars.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, platform features, and emerging social media best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Engage with live audience in real-time, respond to comments, and foster community interaction to build brand loyalty.
- Assist in repurposing live stream content into clips, highlights, and promotional materials for other social channels.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, advertising standards, and platform policies during all live broadcasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a livestream host, content creator, or social media specialist, preferably in the health, wellness, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong onâcamera presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convey brand messages authentically.
- Proficiency with TikTok platform, live streaming tools (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs), and basic video editing software.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting livestream metrics and using data to drive content improvements.
- Creative thinker capable of generating fresh ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live broadcast schedules.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively with crossâfunctional teams.
