Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and upselling
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s luxury image
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, transfers, and accurate record-keeping
- Process transactions efficiently using the POS system while ensuring a seamless checkout experience
- Build and nurture long-term VIP client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with collections, trends, and brand stories to deliver expert consultations
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, energetic, and sales-driven atmosphere
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Strong fashion sense and genuine enthusiasm for luxury products and trends
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-driven environment
