Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in a management or leadership capacity within the financial sector.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Indonesian.
