Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit market research projects to ensure adherence to company standards and ISO quality requirements.
- Conduct thorough data quality checks to ensure integrity and identify potential compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with project managers to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance logs, audit reports, and quality assurance results.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams regarding compliance policies and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving data protection laws and international research industry standards.
- Report compliance risks or anomalies to senior management promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in market research, quality assurance, or compliance-related roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with survey software tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to follow complex procedures and identify procedural weaknesses.
- Knowledge of GDPR, ESOMAR guidelines, or local data privacy laws is highly advantageous.
