This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce platform management.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily online sales activities, ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently and our brand presence remains strong. We provide a supportive environment where you will learn the ins and outs of marketplace management, digital coordination, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Update and maintain product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing adjustments.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales reports and data summaries for the management team.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the marketing department.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (for effective customer communication).
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in digital marketing and e-commerce trends.
- Experience with e-commerce seller centers is a plus but not mandatory.
