As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a motivated Marketing & Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team.

You will play a key part in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, producing engaging content, and coordinating events that showcase our products and services. In parallel, you will handle essential administrative tasksâincluding document management, correspondence, inventory tracking, and vendor coordinationâto ensure smooth dayâtoâday operations.
Working closely with sales, product development, and senior management, you will help maintain brand consistency, support internal communications, and contribute to process improvements. Responsibilities
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online channels to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create compelling marketing materialsâincluding graphics, videos, and copyâthat align with the companyâs branding guidelines.
- Manage dayâtoâday administrative tasks such as handling incoming inquiries, processing documentation, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management review.
- Support budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking for marketing activities.
- Assist in operational processes, including inventory updates and logistics coordination, to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and timeâmanagement abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastâpaced environment.
