Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness.
- Create high-quality, engaging visual and written content tailored to professional chefs and restaurant owners.
- Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads) to drive lead generation and sales.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement, providing monthly reports on digital growth and ROI.
- Collaborate with the product team to highlight new kitchen equipment arrivals and technical features.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in both digital marketing and the foodservice equipment sector.
- Coordinate with influencers and industry partners for brand collaborations and product reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or Digital Marketer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut for video editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social listening tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Prior experience in the F&B or kitchenware industry is highly preferred.
