Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Create and edit engaging content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reports using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Support market research activities to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor insights.
- Coordinate logistics for events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Maintain brand assets and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Handle administrative tasks such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 0ā2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (internships count).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop preferred).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and content scheduling tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Organized, detailāoriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
