This role provides essential administrative and marketing support to the Marketing Manager and the team, helping to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across Metro Manila.
As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will manage day-to-day clerical tasks, coordinate campaign logistics, and help maintain compelling marketing materials. You will collaborate with sales, design, and operations to ensure timely execution of outreach programs and accurate CRM data. This position offers valuable exposure to digital marketing, content creation, and event coordination within a dynamic portfolio of construction and property projects.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on administrative support to the Marketing Manager and the marketing team, including calendar coordination and meeting preparation.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and collateral creation.
- Prepare, proofread, and publish marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for events, open houses, client meetings, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) data, mailing lists, and lead tracking.
- Monitor marketing budgets and assist with invoice processing and vendor coordination.
- Support market research, competitive analysis, and reporting to track campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing support, administrative roles, or real estate/construction sectors preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Filipino language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities; capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, proactive, and collaborative with the ability to work effectively across teams.
