Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, website).
- Assist in the creation and curation of engaging content, including drafting social media posts, blog articles, website copy, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate seamlessly with design, content, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and consistent messaging of all marketing materials.
- Actively monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with our online community to foster brand loyalty and growth.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and insights for strategic planning.
- Help organize and provide logistical support for marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Generate and analyze reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and social media engagement to inform future strategies.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and digital assets with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Proven interest or up to 1 year of entry-level experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar marketing support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with common digital collaboration tools.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing principles.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and eager-to-learn attitude towards new marketing strategies, tools, and technologies.
