Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Support the social media team by creating, scheduling, and monitoring engaging content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for event planning and promotional activities.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and performance analysis.
- Help maintain and update the company website and digital marketing assets.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager to ensure smooth operations of the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for marketing are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Creative mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
