Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage daily content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and written marketing assets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Engage with the online community by responding to inquiries and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Assist in the research of market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the team in organizing and executing promotional events or digital activations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing trends and platform-specific best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment.
- A creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
- Ability to commit to the part-time schedule required for this hybrid role in Pasig City.
