Responsibilities
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality marketing content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and digital platforms
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand strategy and campaign goals
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and engagement
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visuals, videos, and copy for online advertising
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and internal stakeholders to amplify brand messaging
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience insights
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, including email marketing and paid ads
- Support event marketing initiatives and contribute to post-campaign reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to create engaging content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software
- Familiarity with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising is a plus
