This is a fully remote, full-time role based in Tarlac, Central Luzon. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create seamless customer journeys, A/B test creative assets, segment audiences, and report on key performance indicators. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch multi-step automated marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social, web) using marketing automation platforms.
- Segment and manage contact databases to ensure personalized and targeted messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and landing pages to optimize engagement and ROI.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling assets for automation workflows.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Create and maintain documentation for campaign processes, trigger logic, and reporting standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to recommend new automation strategies.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and list hygiene.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or BI dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) and integrating them with automation platforms.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
