Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and offline channels to achieve brand awareness and lead generation goals.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to produce compelling assets and measure campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimise campaign strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and engagement metrics; provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular campaign reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, CRM platforms) and analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
