Job Description
AS White is a fast-growing, marketing-led organization in the Philippines seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Administrator to manage our Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment. You will partner with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to design and execute data-driven campaigns that engage customers across channels and accelerate brand performance.
You will own the Marketing Cloud stack, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions. You will implement segmentation strategies, data governance, and deliverability best practices. You will build, test, and optimize customer journeys, transactional and promotional emails, and mobile messages; monitor performance; and continuously refine campaigns for ROI.
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, you will translate business needs into scalable automation, reporting, and data architecture. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with a customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills to drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment, including user access, data extensions, and security settings.
- Design and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder and Email Studio.
- Develop data extensions and segmentation rules using Contact Builder; maintain data quality.
- Implement and monitor Automation Studio workflows for campaigns and data imports/exports.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and IT to execute marketing programs and audits.
- Monitor performance metrics, deliverability, and campaign testing; prepare reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies; maintain documentation and SOPs.
- Provide ongoing optimization recommendations and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Administrator or Email Specialist preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
- Proficient SQL for data segmentation and query activities; experience with AMPscript is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, run tests, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; self-starter with project management experience.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Email Specialist are preferred.
- Experience with data integration (API, ETL) and CRM systems is a plus.
