Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based strategies.
- Manage and update the company’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
- Write, edit, and proofread press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information for marketing materials and press briefings.
- Support event communications by managing on-ground materials, signage, and digital signage content.
- Monitor and report on social media metrics and campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
- Assist in organizing media inquiries and maintaining relationships with press contacts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on event schedules.
