Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree Marcom strategies aligned with business goals, with a primary focus on digital campaigns, corporate events, and content marketing.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of corporate events, including product launches, trade shows, conferences, and internal company events, ensuring exceptional brand representation.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various platforms (website, blogs, press releases, sales collateral, social media) that resonates with target audiences and reinforces brand positioning.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, developing content calendars, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners to ensure timely and on-brand delivery of marketing materials and event logistics.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, revenue targets, and overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Marcom or integrated marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment or agency setting.
  • Proven track record in at least one of the core areas: Digital Marketing, Event Management, or Content Strategy.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a strong advantage).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
