Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social, events) tailored to the Blitar market.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate customer insights into compelling messaging and campaigns.
- Manage local brand communications, press releases, and partner relationships.
- Coordinate car/motorcycle owner program outreach, onboarding, and lifecycle communications.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report ROI to leadership.
- Support local events, promotions, and educational workshops to drive lead generation.
- Maintain the content calendar and ensure branding consistency across all assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years in marketing/communications, preferably in financial services or consumer brands.
- Strong written and verbal Indonesian and English communication skills.
- Experience with digital marketing channels (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable steps.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail and creative problem-solving.
- Proactive and able to work independently in a regional/remote environment.
