Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end marketing events (e.g., product launches, trade shows, client appreciation events) to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, and networking, converting prospects into long-term clients.
  • Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure seamless on-site execution and post-event analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, product) to align marketing strategies with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) for campaigns and events, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations for upselling and cross-selling services.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing, event management, or business development (fresh graduates with outstanding internships may be considered).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is an advantage.
  • Hands-on familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
