Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality, accessible marketing and event materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand standards, visual identity guidelines, and accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.1).
  • Collaborate with content writers, marketing managers, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual narratives.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of marketing collateral, digital design, and brand identity work.
