Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Coordinate marketing events, workshops, and roadshows to increase brand visibility.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, copywriting, and community engagement.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and potential business collaborators.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and competitor strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Analyze campaign analytics and provide actionable reports to improve ROI and marketing efficacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the health, wellness, or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
