We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Executive to join our growing team and strengthen our brand presence in the healthcare industry.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing marketing strategies that increase awareness of our specialist services, drive patient engagement, and support our business growth. You will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to create compelling campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (social media, email, print, events).
- Manage and grow the centre's social media presence, creating engaging content that educates and attracts patients.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, videos, and website content in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with medical specialists and staff to produce patient testimonials, case studies, and educational materials.
- Analyse campaign performance data (Google Analytics, social media insights) and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, and local media to enhance brand visibility.
- Organise and attend health talks, community outreach events, and promotional activities to drive patient footfall.
- Assist in budget management and ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical, or service industries.
- Proven ability to create and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
