Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research and consumer insights to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Oversee content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and KPI achievement.
- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to align marketing initiatives with channel expansion.
- Plan and manage promotional events, product launches, and ināstore activations.
- Maintain marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2ā4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG, food & beverage, or retail industries.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamāoriented, fastāpaced environment.
