Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and track creative marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage and grow our social media presence through engaging content and proactive community interaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customer pain points.
- Coordinate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and website content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and marketing effectiveness.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to boost brand visibility.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital and physical touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a marketing or digital communications role.
- Strong proficiency in social media management, content creation, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Malay; fluency in other local languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for keeping up with the latest marketing trends and digital innovations.
