Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media, website, email, and offline channels.
- Write, edit, and proofread engaging copy that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Create multimedia assets including graphics, videos, and infographics using design tools.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate timely publishing across platforms.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize based on insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support campaign launches and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and legal compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to produce highâquality written and visual content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and scheduling tools.
- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and analytics (Google Analytics, social insights).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.
