PERSOL is seeking a results oriented Marketing Executive for a 6 month contract based in Serangoon North. In this role you will drive demand and build brand presence across channels, working closely with sales and product teams to translate business goals into compelling campaigns. You will collaborate with creative and copy teams to produce impactful assets, support events and webinars, and ensure local market localization and brand consistency. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and PR to drive pipeline.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to translate business goals into compelling campaigns and assets.
- Develop and manage a content calendar; create and coordinate content for websites, blogs, social channels, and collateral.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; generate reports and actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and partnerships with agencies.
- Support local events, webinars, and promotional activities with end to end coordination.
- Ensure brand consistency and local market localization while optimizing SEO and digital advertising plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience with 2+ years in a marketing role.
- Hands on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta advertising, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to craft clear, concise copy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player capable of working across functions in a fast paced environment.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore and currently based in or able to relocate to Serangoon North.
